Pablo Picasso was born in Málaga,
every day he paints a lamina.
He’s painting while he wears a nappy
for that reason he is so happy!
Picasso is nine years old,
his new city is cold.
In A Coruña he goes to school,
now painting is so cool!
His father is an art teacher,
the pigeon is his favourite creature.
He paints pigeons all the time,
Picasso always says “the legs are mine”!
Picasso paints his mother and sisters,
squares, gardens and Corunian misters!
With his brushes and pencils he is very ingeniuous,
one day his father says “You are a Genius!”
Picasso is an adult now,
he is very famous but he doesn’t know how!.
He paints in a special way,
he is an adult but he only wants to play!
One day he says:
“Every child is an artist. The problem is staying an artist when you grow up”.
